Cista Mystica: Alchemic Womb of Embodied Mystery
Cista Mystica is a journey into the hidden mysteries of the Earth, womb and body—using myth, embodied storytelling, energetic practice, ritual and hypnosis to gather what was fragmented and remember the intelligence, sovereignty, abundance and creative power held within the whole.
This journey combines traditional myth from Hellenic traditions to pre-Hellenic as one living story as a reclamation of elemental and embodied wisdom.

The Vessel
What is Cista Mystica?
The Cista Mystica was an ancient ritual object, secret basket, associated with ancient mystery schools and later appearing upon the cistophoric coins of the Hellenistic world: a basket or chest from which a serpent emerges, surrounded by vine and ivy on one side; an imperial symbol or state official on the other.
The Cista Mystica, as a secret basket, was associated with cults of Demeter & Persephone, cults of Isis, the Magan Mater - Cybele, the Eleusinian Mysteries, as far as historians verify.
At Eleusis, mystery was held through descent, transformation, revelation and return. The highest known initiation, epopteia, carried the sense of witnessing what was revealed through the Cista Mystica.
What was revealed within the ancient mysteries remains unknown, as initiates were vowed to secrecy.
Cista Mystica is not a rite of Eleusis or restructuring of the documented mysteries.
Instead, we enter the myths, symbols, land and fragments through an intuitive channel and psychic lens informed by what survives as a journey of reclamation, remembering and embodied wisdom.
We move through the layers of the stories—not to reconstruct a lost past, but to discover what becomes visible when the fragments are brought back into the whole and allowed to emerge in the body.
The Cista becomes our vessel:
what has been separated can be gathered.
what has been hidden can be met.
what has been remembered can become embodied.
And beneath it all runs the question of abundance:
What happens when we remember value as something living, relational and generative?

The Alchemic Womb
Six threads. One remembering. One final initiation.
There is a Demeter before Persephone, a Pandora before the box, a Persephone before the pomegranate .... and within that a Great Mother returns.
We will move with the stories of six goddesses across time—from the dominant story you may hold in your psyche of Hellenic myth, back to who they were before time separated them, diminished them, or forgot. Not just the Goddess, but the Great Mother. By seeing their stories across time as one map, we are shown the path back to what was lost in ourselves.
On one side, the story before Mt. Olympus is all soil, all earth, all matter below—a direct connection to the elemental womb. The Great Mother fully known in creation.
On the other, the myths & many gods rose to Mt. Olympus, and many were left in the descent. The myths were fragmented and evolved to serve a structure of power through cultural subversion centered around a patriarchal lens; the Below began to be distanced from the realms of creation and the Mother lost, shifting to only the light Above.
But they are two sides of the same coin—a cistophorus—and you cannot return without both, because the Above and the Below answer as one to move with the forces of love, will, and wisdom in co-creation with the All.
Looking at the Arc of the Great Mother on both sides—backwards— returns her wisdom to life, to body, to creation.
This is where we open the box, meet what rises from it, and embody the treasures, the gifts, and the medicines that were hiding within it. Here, we remember the body as an intelligence of both consciousness and embodied elemental perception.

The Seventh Rite
This is a 7-month sequence of somatic return.
You may choose not to journey the full rite, but each journey is part of an alchemical triad and must be entered in threes.
The seventh is reserved for those who have completed at least three journeys.
The Cista Mystica revealing is the last journey. This is a deep initiation into your somatic intelligence that meets the intelligence of the Earth body as a walking vessel of the Great Mother below and cosmic spirit above.
Your revealing will be unique, but unveil what has been kept secret within your being.

About the Process
This journey is led by Liana Morgan as part of the Return of the Sistra, a path of alchemical and elemental embodiment that supports the reawakening and embodiment of the sacred feminine mysteries and the divine body's innate ability to co-create and co-regulate with and for the Earth.
She is certified in energetic and spiritual hypnosis techniques and meditation, as well as other practices. She has been initiated through her own body with the support of guides along the way into an embodiment of the Lost Mother - the aspects of the One Mother that restore our connection, craft and creation with the intelligence of the body.
Through her own Gnosis and channel, she brings through lost threads of myth and wisdom teachings that have been held secret through time. She then combines this with discerning research to remember the myth more fully as a map for restoration.
Liana transmits somatically with a deep nervous system intelligence that weaves with the collective field, geared towards stability and embodied coherence.
Each session will be intuitively led and guided. The energetic somatic hypnosis journey will be channeled but held by energetic frameworks and with responsibility to safety, timing and relationship.
AI Disclosure:
Liana does not use AI to bring through her own wisdom, rituals, gridwork and knowings. The remembrances come directly through her own channel. Her voice teachings, story and myth are written by her and emerge through her body. She may use AI to generate images, organize guides & content, for marketing tips and layouts, or to point to further research sources. She never uses AI for what she loves to create herself but as a sounding board for organization.
