Welcome to sistrareturn.org. The sistrareturn.org website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Liana Morgan, LLC ("Liana Morgan"). sistrareturn.org is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of sistrareturn.org constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Liana Morgan, sistrareturn.org content is not for resale. International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Liana Morgan from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the Liana Morgan Content accessed through sistrareturn.org in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Liana Morgan, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Liana Morgan reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Liana Morgan in asserting any available defenses.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Liana Morgan agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. LIANA MORGAN, LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.
Liana Morgan, LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
Termination/Access Restriction
Liana Morgan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in North Carolina in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Liana Morgan as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Liana Morgan's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Liana Morgan's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Liana Morgan with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Liana Morgan with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Liana Morgan with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
Liana Morgan reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which sistrareturn.org is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Liana Morgan encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.

A Quantum Hypnosis session, reading, course or any Guided Energy Healing session provided through this website or through the hypnosis practitioner is not meant to be a substitute for medical care and consultation. Quantum Hypnosis and Energy Healing, Meditations and Guidance sessions can provide quantum healing on many levels for most clients but are not meant to replace necessary medical care. A hypnosis session, meditation, course or energy healing session is not a medical treatment, diagnostic method, or cure. Please consult your healthcare physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Please use common sense. If you think you may have a health problem or mental health problem, consult a licensed health professional.
The practitioner is not a medical doctor or licensed medical professional and can not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health conditions. The hypnosis practitioner can not prescribe any medication or make any recommendations to the client about any medications the client is currently taking.
Quantum Hypnosis sessions, readings, courses and guided energy healing sessions are not licensed services and do not come with any guarantees that the client will receive the healing he/she requires. The client will receive instructions on what to expect before, during, and after the session and guidelines to assist in further healing. It is up to the client to follow the recommended guidelines and take care of their body, mind, and soul. All healing is self-healing.
Any information, stories, examples, or testimonials presented on this website do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding the outcome of the hypnosis session or any guided energy healing sessions for each client. All results are unique and individual to the person having the session.
The content on this website (written and otherwise) and the healing sessions themselves, do not deal with the medical or physical component of healing, they deal with energetic healing.
All information received by the practitioner during a Quantum Hypnosis session is kept in strict confidence. Though Client information is stored in a secure location, the energy practitioner cannot guarantee the security of any electronic transmissions and is not responsible for any information that is taken by electronic means, such as hacking or phishing.
By purchasing a Quantum Hypnosis session, such as Soul Center Healing Hypnosis, Heart Key Hypnosis, Key Guidance Session or digitals courses, or a guided energy healing session from the practitioner on the lianamorgan.me website, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to this disclaimer and that you take full responsibility for your own healing, health, decisions, and actions.

Refund Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy - Hypnosis, Key Guidance and Energy Sessions
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
a. Full Payment: Full payment is required upon booking a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
a. 72-Hour Notice: Clients who need to cancel their appointment must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice to qualify for a full refund.
b. Less than 72 Hours: If an appointment is canceled with less than 72 hours' notice, a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be retained for sessions costing more than $100.
3. RESCHEDULING
a. Rescheduling Window: Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty anytime before the session. With less than 24 hours’ notice, clients will need to email hello@lianamorgan.me to change the appointment.
4. NO-SHOW POLICY
a. Failure to Attend: If a client fails to attend the scheduled Quantum Healing Hypnosis session without providing prior notice, the full payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
5. REFUND PROCESS
a. Refund Eligibility: Full Refunds are eligible only for cancellations made with a minimum of 72 hours' notice.
b. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
6. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
a. Consideration: In exceptional circumstances, Liana Morgan may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests. These circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
b. Communication: Clients must communicate any exceptional circumstances promptly to hello@lianamorgan.me for review.

7. AMENDMENTS TO POLICY

By booking a session with Liana Morgan, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.
Refund Policy for Digital Products, Workshops and Courses
Digital Products, Workshops and Courses cannot be refunded because you gain instant access to intellectual property.
If you purchase by mistake, and email hello@lianamorgan.me within 24 hours and have not accessed the product or downloaded materials, Liana Morgan may issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.
