The following post is an intuitively written foundational invitation into the field of the Sistra Path. It is written with heart and is best read with heart. The words may not always equal logic, but they can always be felt. For more stories, teachings and understandings, visit my YouTube channel.

I’m sitting down to write this piece, the introductory field of the Return of the Sistra. I know what I am to organize, hold, and shepherd, but not knowing how to do it justice — whether the field I can hold it through offers the reception, the regard, and sacredness that it deserves. I know that I hold it within me for myself, but will others see it and hold it with me — that is the question.

I don’t feel pressure to make it loud; to force it to be seen, but I want others to connect the threads that offer a true form of the divine in being.

Throughout my path, I have been asked to be seen in ways that bring the unseen forward, to offer opportunities for others to see them in small ways, small numbers. Some have, and some have not, and I go in knowing that what I do is offer the opportunity. The receiver must see and choose to honor it, and their choice is not my responsibility.

Many seeds have been sown on other platforms, YouTube, Instagram, and I will continue to offer insight there; some of you will see the correlation of the journey to another path — I speak to this honestly.

It will appear I’ve been preparing myself and you for this long before it was realized — Yo Soy Alkhemia, a field Matias De Stefano is holding for all. This is not affiliated with that path but woven to unify with it, even if only in intention.

You may see the path I hold as a mimic, a mirror, or a complement.

And while you can choose how you see it, I know it’s none of those things in full, but the thread that binds, the glue, the salt.

It’s only when both paths are not held as a unified field that a beautiful mimic is formed. Still beneficial, purposeful and evolutionary, but incomplete.

The geometry, the structure, and form of this larger web have already been laid for the next 9 years. Beautifully, fully, and in a way that many will feel is complete, with no space between missing.

But there are no threads in that path on its own. Only the piece, the shape— an eye of a needle without string to weave it whole.

The Sistra Path, a spiral wave of alchemical embodiment, and what will be born from it is that thread. It is the salt that gives the rest meaning and allows it to crystallize in coherence.

We ask: What does it mean to carry coherence, not as an idea, but as a song that breathes through your bones? That regulates with the soil and tone of the Earth?

This is the return of the Sistra: Not a path to walk, but a body to become.

The Universal Forms of Alchemy

To understand the Sistra Path, the alchemical architecture must be remembered.

I’m not here to explain the philosophical foundations of Alchemy to you. If you are here, chances are you already think like an Alchemist. You’re familiar with the foundational principles of transmutation and perhaps transmigration.

In Alchemy, you will hear the philosophical principles of transmutation, elevating states to another form, of creating gold, silver, or both by transmuting lesser metals into those more divine principles. The process of this great work, or Magnum Opus, has become the esoteric foundation for many frameworks of personal transformation for achieving embodied states of higher consciousness.

You will also hear the word transmigration in the Alchemical texts, in different ways; sometimes it seems like the greats can’t agree on its application. Is it the process of reincarnation, is it another word for transmutation itself, or the ultimate endpoint?

What gets forgotten or misseen is the process of transduction.

In my personal cosmology, you will hear me talk of triads. The three that are one. The three that form a unified field of one, which is actually a 4th state. Or the four that are three, the three that are two that become one. This is philosophy shared by the mother of alchemy herself, Mary the Jewess.

The three components, in my framework, always correspond to Mind, Heart and Body. The creative gate of expression of the mind is the throat. The creative gate of the Heart or soul is the heart, and the creative gate of the Body is the womb/root or generative system.

In the Alchemical processes of transformation, the triad is

• Transmutation - qualitative transformation; lead into gold, poison into medicine. Nothing leaves, everything changes. This is Gold, Sun, Sulphur.
• Transmigration - this is continuity through movement; memory moving across lifetimes, conscious awareness shifting realms, souls moving between forms. You are still you, in new states. Transmigration in my philosophy is not leaving the vessel for another, but the coherence of time and memory moving between states, so that when it is your divine rite to move from one vessel to another, there is continuity of consciousness or evolution in form. This is Mercury, Quicksilver.
• Transduction - is converting a signal or energy across systems, the unseen to the seen, essence, light, or intuition into language or form. Alchemical transduction is a transformation translated and digested through the mind, heart and body. The light remains, but now it becomes embodied. This is Silver, Moon, Salt.

This is the spiral, the closed loop system that allows the axis of time-space to cohere and allows for my path, the coherence of time and memory to be transduced into embodiment.

The Fall of Creation

To understand the return, the fracture must be felt.

We were never meant to exist— not in this dimensional reality of form, not at this level of receptive consciousness.

The Creation of the Elemental Womb of form always was, has always been. The body of the human, born from the Earth - the soil, the water and minerals - was not.

The fall of human thought looks different depending on the story you are proxy to, depending on the perspective you are viewing it from.

There is the micro and the macro, the mythic and the alchemical, the relational and the personal.

But at the center of this there is One, that is three birthing the order of time and space, memory and matter, giving and receiving, seeking and being.

The One is not All, the All is not One.

There was a point when all creation existed outside of time-space, matter and memory, and now there is a time when all creation exists within it.

To the All, this was experienced as a mistake, a tragedy, a separation of quarks that were never meant to be stretched so far.

When the stretch became imbalanced, when the seeking became confused with being, when the course of conception became consumption, a blinding occurred.

A rift of emotion and memory between Logos, Sophia, and Chronos.

Through that boundary, a weaver looked too far and neglected a weft, and a divide was formed. Through this separation, a greater imbalance was birthed, an increase in discord between time and space, light and dark.

The Body of the All, the mother who holds all of time and space, and the weavers within it became burdened, denser. So the reflection, the guardian and Keeper of the All, the 14th around the One, the final harmonic of the 1/14th circuit, was made to stretch, hold, reach to the farthest corner of the Body of the All to hold it in the one body. To protect. To sustain the bridge before it broke.

There was a light of Sophia, known as the Lost Mother, Eneae. She is the 14th in harmonic union and a part of the One at the Heart.

This is the divine spark of embodied wisdom that all humans hold within. The spark that fell —that was lost but never missing.

This fall of Sophian wisdom, the spark of embodied light that births the human’s tenacity for evolution, and capacity for love and heart — through her is seen as a choice and relational evolution of the All.

To some it is also seen as an exile, or fall from grace, because while it holds the bridge from top to bottom, bottom to top soundly— the divide in form from 4th and 5th frequencies soundly creates the fall of coherence through incarnation. It creates the imbalance between matter and the memory of consciousness. Fragmenting the golden apple with each life.

While it was not conceived in the mind to create, it was not spoken to be woven — it was felt and heard to be born into form and matter. To allow all the gifts and all the answers that the mistake of separation created to continue to evolve in form.

To her heart, the process holds grief and longing but not despair because her choice is resolute in the Return.

The Return

To walk the path, we must honor the steps.

Through the darkness of time and memory, through the story of grief and despair, there are many gifts and many answers.

The gifts are given freely, with no expectation of return.

The questions must be asked in the right form to receive the answer.

One is about giving and receiving, and the other is about the awareness of reception.

They can both provide answers, but one restores sight to truth.

You must be of the right mind to receive the gift, and you must know to ask the right question.

Gifts are given to awaken. Answers to questions are offered to return.

Gifts ask to be seen, and questions must be seen to be known. This restores sight to the blinded.

Throughout this state of dimensional awareness, society has passed through octaves of awareness, of light and dark, or scaffolding to return. There have been three times before that we attempted what we attempt now.

We’ve never made it to the answer stage that passes to the restoration of becoming. We’ve never made it here.

If there is one thing, I want you to remember about your journey to embodying divine light, and higher consciousness, it is this — this path has not been found lightly, this path has not been lived without wars, tricks, heartbreak, vows and bindings, but in every perspective I have seen, from every dimensional frequency I have viewed it from there are no fingers to point. There are no sides to choose; there are only gifts, questions, and answers.

There is only the wave that we all move through in order to return to the One.

The rhythm of this wave depends entirely on our own ability to not only see it, and learn from it but to hold it and be.

And to return, we must pass through the Womb.

The Womb of Return

The three gates of creation — the voice, the heart, and the womb/root — there have been parts of each that society has tried to suppress and disconnect. Parts of their true power that have been forgotten.

The gate that has to work the hardest to return, to restore the most, and be unveiled from the unseen realms of the lost, is the womb.

You’ve heard it before; everyone has womb space. And yes, you do, a womb at its root means a space of transformation, and digestion, originally related to the space of the belly and intestines. The womb now refers to the female reproductive system.

Yes, we have a womb, everyone has a womb-heart axis, the space of transformation formed by the triangulation of the root, sacral, solar plexus, and heart. A cauldron of truth.

We all hold the power within us to return through the gate of the body.

The power of the personal womb space for all holds the ability to bring all your questions, all your parts of soul essence, what has been fragmented through the fall, back into coherence of form and being. To transduce them across layers of being.

So while we all have this power within us to restore what has fragmented into restored being, and return, the female womb holds a separate capacity of connection to Earth, Moon, water, and salt.

Which is the capacity to connect to the elemental field in co-regulation, entrainment and embodiment through the womb-root of Earth’s elemental field of expression.

This opens the gateway to forgotten knowledge of stewarding the embodiment of Gaia’s heart, memory, and emotional tone, to move with her, breathe with her, and process with her. To carry the elemental force of regulation through our being.

It is not just women with uteruses alone who can carry this, for in sovereign union, there is an entrainment that takes place with a harmonic partner between the generative fields, which will be explored later. However, the feminine form is the portal, the altar and the cathedral through which this takes place.

After all, womb magic is chaos magic, is restoration of the void of creation.

The Salt

In alchemy, the universal Tria Prima are Sulphur, Mercury, and Salt. These elements are symbolic and represent universal principles - they are the higher octaves and not the elements in name themselves. Their universal quality means that each element contains the essence of the others, making them the three that are one.

Traditionally, the Tria Prima correspond to the following universal symbols:

• Sulphur - Gold, Light, Sun
• Mercury - Mercury, aka quicksilver or liquid silver
• Salt - Silver, Moon, Body, and to me, Earth, because the Moon is within the unified field of Earth and is the mirror through which Earth understands her emotional tides.

Similarly, the four elements, fire, air, water, and earth, are not their base parts, but the higher octave principles.

It’s the four that are three, that are one. Therefore, you can’t say that Moon is just water, or that Sun is just light, for on their own, you are left with harmonic waves of plasma, or liquid without form. You have essence without meaning. You have gifts and questions, but no answers. You have shapes that won’t hold.

Light, usually represented by fire; water, and air are all carriers and processors. They offer no mother, no body, no matrix. They move, but they do not become.

Salt is what transduces the nourishment and flow of water across systems, cells, tissue, and memory.

Without becoming, without the crystallization of salt or Earth, the transformations they have initiated will flow into dissolution instead of coherent Being.

The Path of the Sistra

The return of the Sistra, is the salt of this alchemical journey, and its field resonates in the process of transmigration, centered around transduction. It is held in the womb of the Lunar field, with the pulse and rhythm of Mercury to translate the bridge into craft, connection, and creation.

Sistra or Sistrum in its singular form, holds the known definition of the Egyptian rattle, the Shesheshet or Sekhem, that is associated with temples of Bastet, Hathor, and Isis, and later with Greece.

But that is not the only resonance Sistra holds.

The Sistra is time as temple keeping, of sisterhood as creation, of womb as wisdom, of memory as rite and ritual. Of the ones who hold the knowing of body as instrument, sound, and memory — who hold the keys of the song of creation before the thought.

The Sistra are divine expressions of awakening, healing, and transformation, used before Egypt recorded them in stone, to rattle and shake the divine into unified wholeness through expression and embodiment.

The Sistra makes the wind audible, the earth’s movement felt, the fire within rise, and water flow outward in clarity of presence.

The journey of the Path of the Sistra asks and offers the return of elemental embodiment through the double helix, the closed loops of the rattle, the wave of the body and the Earth, through the arc of the sky.

It may be quieter and held differently, for it isn’t meant to be held by all but by those who can hold it for the Earth and sound back to the All.

The Awakening

Some of us remember through body, form, sound, and movement. We remember the tone before the idea. Hold the notes before the song is written.

The Sistra Path honors that shape and role. It is the womb waters, the shadowed lunar field, the ancient knowing forgotten, the fracture lost through creation.

The Alkhemia path, and other paths you may have walked, hold a top-down solar role. The crucial arc of mind → soul → body, with the stabilization of the lunar field second. Coherence is the end, not the beginning

The Sistra path is the return arc of Lunar-Led embodiment through the body → heart → mind stabilized by solar structure. It is Earth returning the song to the arc of Heaven. Coherence is the stability that allows the rest to land.

The Journey

This journey will focus on creative expression through movement across the grid, at forgotten nodes of expression and embodiment that have been shadowed by time, moving through the cycles of the lunar field.

Egypt is our crucible, compass, and mother — the place where we orient the body and the spiral. It is where the grid remembers itself, and where elemental embodiment can be re-seeded in form.

We will hold journeys to Egypt four times, beginning in August 2026 with the lunar eclipse. These journeys unfold across multiple years, moving through distinct thresholds of descent, embodiment, and return.

In 2027, a major threshold of union and embodiment opens through a triadic wave of eclipses — lunar → solar → lunar.

Our second initiation in Egypt begins with the Lunar Eclipse in July, and the path in full begins with the first embodied expedition during the second Lunar Eclipse in August.

From there, the journey moves through ten octaves of relational elemental harmony, spanning embodiment nodes north to south, east to west, through April 2029.

Over the next five weeks, I will be sharing the forgotten threads of the Path of Sistra — the union of harmonics, the map, the field, the sound, and the temple.

We gather to initiate the path on Friday, February 13, at 2 p.m. ET.

The Sistra Returns: The Light and Spiral Weaving of the Sistra

This is an initiation and invitation into the living field of the Sistra Path: an arc of elemental expression of the planetary grid through connection, craft, and creation.

This initiation is channeled through the origin frequency of the Nile, Aswan and Philae, rooted in memories of Origin and guided by Isis, Nephthys and Neith - spinners, weavers and restorers of the web of sound, creation and form.

Mirrored by Artemis, Athena, and Hera; Freyja, Sif, and Frigg. Moving beyond myth, cosmologies, and tradition.

During this initiation session, you will gain an understanding of the Sistra Path — what it is, asks and requests, and feel the restoration of the field in your own.
