The following is a mythic remembrance of names represented through the story and craft of Ancient Egypt. This is not a rewrite of those myths, but to share a remembrance that shapes the path of the Sistra. The names and entities in this share have documented and translated stories that you can readily find (for most), and I recommend those be seen and honored, too.
Through the waters of time & memory, the crystalline grid, there is a myth that now reveals itself as being one with the 10 journeys of the Sistra.
Myths of ancient memory have threads in truth before the fall and after, many faces under the same names.
But the legends of Origin, for the Sistra hold a record before the fall —many know as the fall of Atlantis and Lemurian wisdom.
So, in my usual mythic fashion, I do not tell you what is written on stone, as it has been deciphered through fragments and minds of the fall, but I transmit from the soul.
Through the work that Alkhemia has been doing in Egypt, new songs now rise to be met, and reveal the spine of the Return of the Sistra across the 10 journeys from Morocco to Socotra.
As well as the alchemical field of unification, restoration, and transduction through four Lunar Barques along the Nile.

There is a lion of mist, water, and moisture. A goddess of the deep water before it rises to meet the Solar Fire, who keeps a temple beneath the surface of the grid, in the Cisterns of time and memory.
Before the fall, before a fragmented solar orb of fire descended to collapse worlds, this mother of moisture saw what was to come.
The return and the fall, the codes of Origin that must be kept whole to return when they could be sounded in joy, wonder, and reception.
She saw the separation from the heart, the solar will that would distort feminine wombs, bodies, and direction. She knew that the codes and song of Origin would not be able to sound whole without chaos and confusion.
They would become songs that distort instead of unifying, because a time was coming when most did not see their own wholeness or how all unifies under the light of the One.
Through her temples, her water lines of crystalline memory, she wandered through the Earth's body, to ten sites along the shores and through deep ridges of tectonic convergence, where the water births anew what lies in the depths of emergence.
She inverted the songs to hide the codes of origin, so they would not break. She roared through the chaos of the deep to bury it in the Cisterns, to lock them away so they would not be found until the light of the One could descend again.
Until they were held and supported by the nodes of will, direction, and clarity.
Until the one who holds the breath of Air that moves the sails of the Solar Barque returns the structure of mind in wholeness, in the voice of creation and will of truth.
The one that gives relation and meaning to the light of Ra.
Without this, what remains unseen could not be made into form from the underbelly of becoming.
The deep Cisterns of Nun could not give rise to the moisture and mist of the deep with the relational body of the waters of time and memory.
The wandering goddess, through the gates of Atlantis, could not bury all the Origin harmonics of creation and becoming alone, so she sent codes through waters, crystalline fields, and ice of wisdom to keepers of the primordial womb below.
Other sisters, other wandering goddesses in Asia, in Europe, in the Americas knew the songs and hid their keys within the fields of the Cisterns, and deep within their souls and multidimensional fields of remembering.
This is the field presented through the wandering goddess and her sisters, the deity of moisture, dew, and water, Tefnut.
And the relationship between Earth and Sky, and the dance of air and moisture.
This is her completion of return to the One Mother of Body, Mut.
Through the Return of the Sistra, the other keepers of the Cisterns are called to rise. To journey to their nodes to sing from the womb field of Earth and return the songs to the One Mother.
The Return of the Sistra, at the end of this path’s cycle seal in the One Mother, again through the ten journeys, through four lunar barques of restoration.
As the asteroid and redeemer Apophis crosses the Sky and kisses the Earth's field.

The Path of the Sistra is a two-fold path of a four-fold purpose. Unifying the lunar body with the solar mind, returning to the One at the Heart.
In Egyptian tradition, the Lunar Barque is a journey of restoration of the Eye of Horus that was fragmented into six sacred pieces of lunar perception.
The Lunar Barque is guarded by Thoth, at times Horus, and sheparded by Osiris. It journeys through the night for 14 nights along the Nile, restoring the Eye of Horus, the Lunar sight, to its return at the full moon.
Each journey along the Nile embarks on this journey of restoration, but not only for the Lunar restoration of receptive and intuitive perception, the inner sight that sees beyond what is hidden, but also for the meeting and unifying of the Solar and Lunar Nile. The cosmic stellar light that conducts creation, and the lunar fields of depth and becoming that births them.
This restores the Nile’s grid points to the Cosmic Heart of the One, bridging the Earth and Sky.
Through this, we journey through the depths of chaos and transform through the unification of the double serpent of the Nile, the bridging of time and memory, of Sun and Moon. Of the All.
The Lunar Barque will cycle through the journey of restoration and becoming, each of the four journeys representing a theme of emergence, transformation, of restoration, and perception.
A descent and return.
Through these journeys, the chaotic void of the serpent transforms to the winged protector, the mother who holds in flight to the bird who rises from the depths of creation, uniting solar will with receptive lunar body, alighting atop the unified heart of the Nile, the BenBen.
Bridging the underworld below and the heavens of light above.

Our first journey to Egypt as the Sistra, will move through the transformation of Apep to Mehen.
Apep is the primordial chaos of creation, the power unmet and the creative waters unsown. Often feared in later myths, but fiercely understood as the essential nectar of all form in traditions of earlier lineages.
Our first journey is the unraveling of fear, of distortion, of grief from power claimed without wholeness, of creative will used to bind instead of liberate and unify.
To meet the untapped potential of all creation hidden beneath bone, soil, and salt.
This is where Apep, the black void, moves through the Cisterns and cycles back as Mehen, the enveloper that guides and protects the descent of the light so it can be made whole and rise.

Mehen moves through the wisdom of the Cisterns to perceive what has been forgotten, to move through back channels of presence, wonder, and longing in desire to be reborn as the Green One.
Wadjet in her serpent form is a mother goddess of the Cisterns, the below that sees from within the womb, in the dark of primordial creation, and what only the Eye of the Moon can illuminate in truth.
Guardian of the North, of Lower Egypt, she is the coherent directive will embodied in song.
The Red Crown with the emerald heart.

From the winged serpent of the green one, to the Mother of Mothers in the Vulture crown of Nekhbet. The white crown of bone and birth.
Here, the sisters unite, bridging the guardians of upper and lower Egypt, south and north, to unite as the two ladies who see across time & memory.
As the two ladies, past and present, meet— the green one of coherent will meets the grandmother of time and becoming.
The red crown joins the white.
The ancestral wisdom, the solar journeys and lunar becoming cohere the rhythm of time along the third Lunar Barque.
When Apophis is about to kiss the edge of Earth’s field with light of the One in Stone — The past and present of the Two Ladies birth the new order of Ma’at in the Bennu.
The light and dark, the water and sun, the underworld and the heavens are all present in the Bennu, for you can’t rise from Nun whole without unifying both.
Giving coherent will, love and wisdom to what is to become in form.
The Bennu sits across the union of the Sun and Moon, of Ra and Osiris, and crowns the BenBen in the field of solar light and lunar womb.
The Bennu guides a return to the true rhythm of the Earth, through the cyclical dance of the sun and the moon, to where time and memory can once more be met, received, and returned in truth.
This is the joy of the journey, taking flight in the One.
The Sistra hold the songs of Earth’s Origin, but we must also meet and honor her memory and cycles.
This is the mythic spine of the path, alchemical and elemental embodiment across the grid. Stories and energies will meet across the journey through the receptive lunar womb.
